Persevering After Surgery

For a mid-week inspiration, I wanted to share with you an article from Boston Globe. It’s about an awesome young girl who has made an amazing recovery after having surgery to remove a tumor from her brain. While Sophie had a rough road in the hospital, she is already up and doing awesome things like singing her favorite songs and practicing her violin! It’s awesome to read stories of children who go through such hardships but are able to bounce back so well. I also think that it helped that Sophie was encouraged to get back into doing the things she liked, like playing the violin. I really encourage you to click the link here and check out the article as well as the video. I hope that little Sophie continues to move strongly down the road of recovery!
