I wanted to share with you an awesome article showcasing the inside of a children’s hospital. I think it is so cool that they were able to have different artists design the different floors and units of the children’s hospital. They were all so creative and children can definitely become engaged in the pictures. There is something to be said about having the environment be colorful and fun. I don’t know how many times I point things out on the walls and ceilings to kids as conversations starters. Suddenly a shy child is telling me what she thinks about the fish on the ceiling or the dragons on the walls and for a moment she has forgotten she is in a hospital.
